Finding a place to live is easy. Finding the right community, however, can be difficult. At Mope Beach Resort, we carefully filter our long-term residents. We have limited rooms and aim to keep the place as a non-toxic family-like home. It's important for us to maintain the peaceful vibe of the beach and will only accept the right type of person who fits into our little community. What You Should Know

• Fiber Internet is available but is shared- if you need your own private router- let us know and we can send you options for different connectivity services in our area! We are here to help!

• If you'd like your own refrigerator, you'll need to buy one! Otherwise feel free to use our refrigerators in the common kitchen!

• We have a 10pm Noise Curfew on weeknights- if you feel like partying at this time, take the party out onto the beach where noise is effectively drowned out!

• We do not have on-site lifeguards.

• Rainy Season in The Philippines is June - August/September, It also brings in the best waves!
