Payment Policy

  • Payment Amount – 100% of the payment is due in advance prior to stay and at the time of booking.
  • Payments Accepted – Bank to Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer), PayPal.
  • Bank Transfers – To pay by a bank transfer, do not use the booking on our website and please email
  • Airport Transfers – Payment in full is required before you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceling within 31 days or more from the check-in date, 100% of booking amount is refunded.
  • If canceling within 15-30 days of check-in date, 50% of booking amount is refunded.
  • If canceling within 14 days of check-in date, there are no refunds.
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

Occupancy Policy

  • Children – Children from 0-6 years old stay free on existing bedding.
  • Extra beds – are 300PHP for the length of the stay for adults and children.
  • Age Requirement – Guests booking must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Extra Guests – Extra guests are 500PHP per person.
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00pm
  • Check-In Time: 1:30pm
